How do I find files I downloaded from the Internet or files on my computer?

On the Windows task bar, click Start, then click Search (or Find ), click For Files or Folders, a Search window is displayed. Type the file name you want to find. At the Look In drop down box, choose Local Hard Drives.

You can use * as a while card in the File Name. For example: limosetup*.exe, will find all files like limosetup102.exe liomosetup1111.exe, etc.
