How could I record a payment for a multi-trip invoice?

Select the Multi trip pay from the A/R menu. You can pay all trips at once or pay single trips. LimoWiz will balance the amounts.

Enter Account Number, closing date, etc a shown in the Red boxes.

Next, click the button to find trips that are not paid yet (outstanding).

LimoWiz will allow to pay all trips at once, pay partially (as much as LimoWiz can, if amount paid is less than amount due).

You may also tag certain trips and click on Pay Tagged.
