How could I pay a trip after it was completed?

Press F9 or click on the Pay Trip icon on trip window tool bar. 
You can record enter or more payments.

If you use the PC Charge Pro software, you may perform various credit card transactions, like Sale, Pre-Auth, Post Auth, Credit and Void Credit.

You may record deposits this the Pay Trip window.
