The split or toggle button that shows routing does not appear on dispatch window. Why?

You need to change the screen resolution to 1024x768 minimum.

Click Windows Start button, choose Control Panel, then Display. Click on the Settings tab and change the screen resolution. 

Alternate way to get display the screen properties window is by right clicking mouse on an empty of the desktop, then from pop-up menu, choose properties, then follow above instructions.
