HTML email goes out with the red X below company name. Why?
 

You're seeing something like the following:

TRIP CONFIRMATION
 

To get the logo to show:

  1. The logo must exist.
     

  2. If you're LimoWiz Network version, make sure the data path to the logo is using a network path and not a local path.
    The best way to set to do it from a client computer, in the settings - HTML Templates tab page, browse to the limowiz2000 on server and locate your logo. Of course your logo should already be located in the limowiz2000 on server.
