or passenger directions do not print on a Trip Ticket, why?
LimoWiz scans the routing line and matches it to the
address on file. If address is found, directions will be printed. When you
enter routing info, make sure that you use the function keys <F6> or
<F7> to automatically get the account or passenger address or
click on the Account Address or Passenger Address
buttons. (Do not type the address manually).
