How can I create a one time account?

For one time customer, you can create a general account called whatever you
wish. CASH, CASH2002, PROM, WEDDING, etc. When you create the account, leave
the address information blank and select the account type as Individual and
set pay method to either CASH, CHECK or CREDIT CARD. Most likely you want to
choose CASH as a pay method. Then save the account. From now on when you
enter a trip, just specify the one time account you created. LAST NAME and
FIRST NAME can be entered on the trip window itself.
