LimoWiz main toolbar displays on two lines.

 
When the main toolbar  is on two, it's  usually caused by a setting in the display settings:
Click Start, Settings, Control Panel, then click Display Settings:
Then select Appearance Tab and set Font Size to Normal , which is the default (standard) windows settings.
