How
do I use LimoWiz with MS Outlook Express or MS Outlook to email confirmations and single
trip invoices?
To use MS Outlook 2003 or Outlook Express with LimoWiz you will need an Internet provider
that supports IMAP or POP3 support. These two mail protocols are
needed by Outlook.
You need to find the incoming and outgoing mail
settings
from your ISP ( MSN, CompuServe, etc ).
Visit your ISP website and they should provide
you with a step by step
instructions. We won't know these settings.
Test MS Outlook by sending email to yourself.

Express with AOL If all
OK, then you should be able to use LimoWiz to send email.
Go to LimoWiz, Settings, and click the Fax/Email/Application tab. Select Email
Program to Use and check all check boxes.

Now, you may send email from dispatch window and trip window. If email does
is not sent, check Outlook Outbox folder. If messages are still there, it means
Outlook is configured properly. If message are in the Sent Items folder, then
the email message has been sent.
