Sending PDF files with LimoWiz

Install PDF Creator.

1. Download PDF Creator 0.9.3 Here                  PDF Creator Home Page
   
   If you have an older version of PDFCreator, uninstall first, then reboot computer then install new version.
    
2. After download is complete, run it to begin installation.
    
3. Select Standard Installation. (do not select Server Installation even if you have a network of LimoWiz).
    
4. When installation is done, you may be asked to reboot (restart computer).
    

Setup PDF Creator for LimoWiz.

1. After installation is complete, go to Start, Programs and select PDF Creator.
2. Open PDF Creator window.
3. Click Printer menu, then select Options.
   
   
    
4. See the following Options window of what you need to set:
   
   Note: the C:\__aa\ is only a sample folder. You need to create a similar folder under the C: drive. Call it for example: PDF
   or anything else you wish. To create a such a folder, open My Computer icon, go to C: drive, select File and select New, then select New Folder, type the new folder name.
   
   This folder MUST be selected under LimoWiz Settings; see step # 7 below.
   
   
    
5. Make sure Filename says:  <Title>
    
6. Click Save to save your changes.
    
7. Almost done. Go into LimoWiz Settings - Last Tab Page (Printer/Fax/Email/Application).
   In the PDF Driver drop down list, select PDFCreator|
   
   
   
   Save changes.
    
8. If you're using the network version of LimoWiz, install PDFCreator on all workstations.
    
9. That's all folks. Now you can email anything you print from LimoWiz into a PDF format.
