LimoWiz 6.5 NEW FEATURES AND ENHANCEMENTS:
- Post-It notes on trip
dispatch window. Can be used for quick notes and incident tracking.
How it works:
1. A checkbox will appear when there is a note on file for a trip.
2. Mouse over cell (checkbox), will show a note tool tip for
the current trip.
3. Mouse double click will either allow you to add or edit a note.
- Estimated Flight Arrival -

LimoWiz now has a web link to free flight arrival info.
After entering flight info on routing, click the line
that contains the flight info, then click the ETA button. You can access it
from the dispatch window and routing window.
The routing window will have a Flight Arrival button which connects to the
Internet and displays flight info.
Flight Arrival Requirements :
Live Internet connection.
Airline codes must be entered in the airline database.
For example: AMERICAN AIRLINES code is AA.

- Import Account from a CSV
file format.

This is primarily for new users moving to LimoWiz.
First line must contain column name and separated by commas.

STATE,ZIP, HOMEPHONE, WORKPHONE,
FAX
- Flight window updated with copy pickup time
and pax name from trip window, with remove option. Also, there is a button to
update main trip window time.
- Improved email confirmations. Also
send regular messages via Outlook or Outlook Express.
- Two more new Trip ticket styles.

Settings.
- 2nd Subcontractor ticket style. See Settings.
- Logging cancelled trips is now an option. See
settings. Trip tab.
- Click on the caption of T column (Tag),
toggles the trip tags.
- Account list has popup tooltip when mouse
is moved over
account number. Same passenger and driver. Date column
shows long formatted date description, for example: Thursday Nov 6, 2003.
- Trip window has 4 buttons at bottom:
routing, settle trip, record payment and Trip Note buttons.
- Num Pax now comes after service type on trip
window.
- Account window data entry begins
with first name then last name. Same with passenger list.
- When adding an account and if you enter an
email address, the Confirm To drop down list will automatically be set ACCT.
Also if no company name entered, default for account type is to individual.
This should speed account creation!
- Split and ETA button on dispatch window.
- Deleting accounts and passengers in
a block. Now very very
fast!
- Contains the latest PC Charge Pro interface!
- Many internal improvements to speed up LimoWiz
and tighten code!
- New trip note button on trip window.
- Trip status, driver and vehicle can only be
opened once so that you don't end up with multiple window
if you accidentally double click mouse too many
times.
- Changed dispatch window buttons. Split is now
an icon button.
- Settle screen update. Some people assign a
driver, then set a driver rate different from trip rate even before they
settle the trip, so basic rate change on trip window did move to the settle
window. In this update, you will be prompted to update the driver rate.
- Check for credit card expiration.
Now a warning message will pop up when you enter new trips.
- Dispatch screen automatic sizing for larger
screen resolutions over 1024x768
- New RTF (Rich Text Format) for various
contract terms, condition and messages. Now you can set the color and font.
You can tell which fields can be set when you a Font button on same window.
- Fixed issuing a credit to credit card from the
single trip pay window.
- Ability to print PAID
multi-trip invoice statement. See check on Billing window.
- New checkbox to force printing of billing
statement even if account is not billable.
- Added new option to not print account number
and contact name on subcontractor report.
- Improved Multi-trip Statement/Invoice report.
No legend printing. For PAID trips, a secure credit card is also printed.
- Added a checkbox to each account: Gratuity Overrides
Trip Service Type Gratuity.
- Admin Fee calculation can be configured.
- Landmarks can have directions.
