• Automatic faxing via Windows Fax. You must have Windows XP Fax installed to use this feature.  It will not work under 98, ME because they don't have the Fax printer driver. A computer Modem is required.
  
  If Fax not installed, Install the Fax Server from the Windows Control Panel - Add/Remove - Windows Components.
  
  You also need to set the Fax Printer Driver to Fax in the LimoWiz settings.
  
  You can fax anything: trip tickets, single trips invoices, contracts, etc from dispatch window or from within trip window. Clicking the Fax button displays a pop menu to choose whom you want to send the fax to. If no there is no fax number found, the Fax wizard is displayed.
• HTML Confirmations now include county tax.
   
• ALL phone numbers length has increased from 12 to 20 characters to accommodate international phone numbers.
  This affects accounts, account contacts, passengers, driver, sales contact and other places where phones are used.

  Two new Phone 1 and Phone 2 fields on trip window to be used for one time customers. They are next the passenger last and first name. Updated all trip ticket formats to reflect these new fields
   

• A new checkbox: Use Phone Free Form on accounts and passenger edit window to allow you enter free form phone numbers for international customers. This setting is saved in the profile.
   
• MSN MapPoint link is now the default instead of MapQuest. This can also be set in the Settings - last tab page.
   
• Google online maps link.
   
• Drag and Drop of driver and cars on dispatch window now triggers the unavailability of drivers and vehicle conflict.
   
• Graph button now takes into consideration the dispatch window starting and ending dates.
   
• Drivers Drag and Drop List on dispatch window, now displays driver number, first and last name. Before it was showing only driver number.
   
• Avery Label printing at a certain label number on the labels page. See Label Rpt button on account and passenger list. Also a new menu selection to print generic labels is under the Tools menu.
   
• Drivers can now be paid by the number of miles. The Rate/Mile can be entered in driver profile and calculated on trip settle window based on miles entered.
   
• Driver can have a pre-set gratuity percentage entered in driver profile which gets calculated on trip settle window. It uses the same calculation settings of the gratuity percentage on trip window. For example: trip gratuity: 15.00%, driver gratuity: 18.00%. The driver gratuity may be used with farm-out trips.
   
• Account and Passenger windows can now save the Search By selection when closing window. See checkbox: Save Search By Selection.
   
• Round Trip button on routing window now replaces ARRIVE with DEPART and vice versa.
   
• Expenses line printed on trip tickets for driver use. Amount may be added to Out Of Pocket Expenses on settle window.
   
• Gratuity and Discount percentages now have two decimal points. Percentage used to be entered as 10, now it entered as 10.00

  Instructions on downloading and installing PDFCreator can be found at: http://www.limowiz.com/pdfcreator.htm. You must follow the instructions exactly.
   

• Monthly Task Calendar. See icon at top right corner of main toolbar.
  You can add public and private logged in User notes up to 500 character long for a certain date. Double click a date to add/edit info.
   
• PDF Creator output folder can be specified in Settings Window where PDF Creator Driver is selected (last tab page in LimoWiz Settings window). This must be the same as Auto Save folder under PDF Creator Options window.
   
• Driver payroll report print driver company name, if any.
   
• Customer Call Back List to help track calls. See Tool menu, Customer Call Back List. (Version 7.3.3.F)
   
• User can be restricted to doing credit card Pre Authorization only when processing credit cards. Restriction must be set in user profile by Master user.
   
• Improved performance and fine tuning of many areas of LimoWiz.
   
• Fixes previously reported issues.
