NEW FEATURES:

1. Faster and improved screen interface.
    

2. Authorize.NET account support for processing credit cards:
   To use Authorize.NET, it must be setup under the File menu, Credit Card Company. If you were using PC Charge, make sure you uncheck the Use PC Charge and enter the Authorize.NET account login info and transaction key (this needs to be generated online under your Authorize.NET account - Settings Link).
   
   Note: LimoWiz still supports PC Charge Pro.
    

3. Reservation Audit: allows to track changes to individual reservations.
   By default all user will have access to the Audit database, however, you can restrict which users are able to access it. Only the Master is allowed to delete audit records.
    

4. Dispatch window Filter capability added:
   Trip Type, Service Type, Driver, Car, Trip Status.
    

5. Trip Types List must be created. See Browse menu, Trip Types option..
   Also you need to tell LimoWiz the Trip Type for each trip entered. This is an optional field and only used as described in #2 above.
   For example, you may create the following:
   AIRPORT PICK-UP
   AIRPORT DROP-OFF
   PROM
   WEDDING
   
   To speed up the process if adding Trip Type to trip window, you can enter the Trip Type in the Trip Zone profile, so when you enter a trip zone on trip window which has a trip type, the trip type is entered automatically on trip window.
   
   
   
   
    

6. Account Category on account window: this allows you to select a custom created account Category and this filters your account list. Account Category can be entered under the Browse menu.

7. Number of Hours on trip window and settle window uses : instead of .
    

8. Terms and conditions for various contracts are now implemented as separate files that can be edit using Microsoft WordPad or MS Word. By Default LimoWiz will use WordPad.
   This was necessary to avoid truncated terms and conditions when saved to fixed length fields. LimoWiz setup will try to save those files upon installation. On a network, the path to those files must be a shared UNC path that can be accessed by other workstation.
   (UNC: Universal Naming Convention), such as \\server\c\limowiz2000
    

9. New Actual Time field on trip window. Display is off by default. Will display on dispatch window, if turn on in settings and screen resolution is over 1024x786.
    

10. NEW: non-discountable checkbox on service types. Zeroes discount % and amount on trip window if selected.
     

11. NEW: Added a check to Dispatch window to warn if a car was assigned and a driver who has a car in profile was assigned to a trip. Must have "Warn when car assigned is not what is in driver's profile" in Dispatch/Color settings.
     

12. NEW: Added a check to Trip Settings 1 "Do NOT auto recalculate when Number of Hours when trip time or dates change".
     

13. NEW: Custom account categories can be created by you. A drop down list on account will be contain your list and it allows to filter your accounts on the fly, for example: HOTEL, CORPORATE, PERSONAL.
     

14. Adds county sales to tax totals on various reports.
     

15. Trip Status codes are two characters instead of one.
     

16. NEW: F column added to dispatch window. It's FLAG. Its purpose is to notify you that if a trip date or time has been changed in the trip window, the checkbox turns into Red color to tell you that you need to contact driver with the change. To turn it off and change the color to normal, double click it.
    You choose which Trip Status triggers the Flag checkbox in the Trip Status Codes list.

17. NEW: query window to filter data. To open it, right click mouse on any data listing, then choose Query option:
    
    
    You select the field name from drop down list. The fields are filled automatically based on the database used. Then select your comparison option:
    
    Then you type the value in the Value field.
    Note: Dates must be entered as MM/DD/YYYY or local date format for country of origin.
    Logical fields must by entered as: Y   or  N    which mean YES and NO respectively.

EMAIL Features:

1. Email can be sent directly from LimoWiz. You need to setup the email outgoing mail server setting under E-Mail Account tab on Settings page. Also select the Email Program to Use as User Defined under Email tab. 
   Note: domain.com is just a sample!
   
    

2. Email sent using the above method, will be saved under the MailBox icon on main Toolbar. Double clicking a record opens the email message.
    

3. Email logo is now embedded in the HTML email if the user defined email account is setup and it is not added as an attachment such as in Outlook.
    

4. You can add your logo to HTML confirmation when using Outlook. Not this not supported under Outlook Express.
   
   To add a logo, see Settings - last tab page, bottom left.
   If you're using the LimoWiz network version, the logo file must be located on the server limowiz2000 or any other shared folder and you MUST use the a network path by selecting the file using the My Network Places from the Open file dialog. For example:
   \\myserverdrive\limowiz2000\whatever.jpg 
    

5. Create your own custom HTML templates for sending trip confirmation based.
   
   You can create your own custom HTML templates for sending trip confirmation.
   You can set create those files using the LimoWiz HTML Editor or your favorite HTML editor program.
   A new tab "HTML Email Terms" has been added to the Settings where you set which are files are used as templates.
   This feature is advanced users who are familiar with creating HTML files. You need to know what you are doing.
   
   You may create your custom templates based on the LimoWiz default templates. DO NOT MODIFY THE ORIGINAL TEMPLATES FOUND IN THE limowiz-templates SUB FOLDER under the LimoWiz2000 folder. Only work with copies of those you want to update (i.e. give a different file name). Open the limowiz-templates sub folder, then copies of the files that begin with template-, then select those accordingly on the HTML Email Terms using the […] button and edit using the Html Editor button to modify.
   If no files are specified, LimoWiz will use its own templates. The LimoWiz default templates MUST NOT be modified.
   To Change HY’s LIVERY, your license must also change to the new company name. If want to change, please send the company name information exactly at it should appear on all reports…

6. NEW: HTML payment confirmations.
    

7. NEW: Indicate "Indicate Itinerary change" check box on trip window. When clicked LimoWiz will add "Itinerary change" to HTML Confirmation Type:
    

8. Updated: HTML confirmations header background changed to white so that logos with white background display properly.
    

9. NEW: credit card payment confirmation is now in HTML format.
   You have the option of including your confirmation text in HTML format by creating a file called:
   CONFIRM-PAYMENT.HTM. This can be created using the LimoWiz HTML editor and it must be saved in the limowiz2000 on server.
    

10. NEW: Copy to Clipboard button on account and passenger edit screen. It allows to copy the account address or passenger to Clipboard which you can then paste into another application like MS Word.
     

11. NEW: Now you can specify the a default name and path location for the Confirmation Terms and Condition file that appear the footer of HTML confirmations. See the Email tab in settings.
     

12. NEW: Adds Link and Image icon to HTML editor.
     

13. Added new restrictions to user profile to restrict various credit card authorization functions, like sale, pre-auth, post-auth, credit, void, credit. See Tools menu, LimoWiz Users Setup.

Fixes:

1. Fixed printing of future trip on trip ticket when has a status of X or B.

2. Trip Rates window was not setting the order order after close the Rate Calculation window. Fixed.

3. Fixes an issues with user login indexes.

4. Fixed Payment Report by LIMO ID and range of dates.
