Merchant Warehouse will automatically settle
(batch) your submitted transactions daily at
12:00AM local
time, and will email you a
batch report.
Merchant account related inquiries or to verify a
batch settlement:
Login into
your online merchant account or contact Merchant
Warehouse Support at 1-800-941-6557.
MerchantWare Gateway Setup:
1.
Click File menu, the
select Credit Card Account Setup.

2.
Click the Add
button.
If a Limo Company ID is listed, use
the Edit
button instead and modify the existing record.

3.
Enter the information
highlighted in Yellow.
Limo ID: select your LIMO ID by clicking the
magnifier button.
Credit Card Processing Gateway: select Merchant
Warehouse
Copy and paste the Site ID, Protocol
Version and Account from the separate email you
received from Merchant Warehouse.
This information
is case sensitive and must be copied
into LimoWiz exactly as shown in the email.

4.
Save your settings.
5.
Now you can process
credit cards from within the Pay window of a certain
reservation or use the Multi-Trip pay feature.
