Support is provided only to paid members of the maintenance and support plan.
Trial version users may request support for a period of 30 days.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY:
Technical support and updates, downloads of previous or current versions, replacement CDs are ONLY available for users who have an active and current maintenance and support plan.  We are not obligated to support expired users.
When calling be in front of your computer and be ready to provide the version of LimoWiz (located on top corner of the program) and operating system you're using (i.e. Vista, XP, etc.)
