support may be
the easiest method to solve a problem or explain how to do a certain task. This
service is available to members of the Maintenance and Support and new
customers evaluating LimoWiz trial. |

phone with a technical support specialist.

Please note: Remote technical support is only for supporting LimoWiz
issues and we will do our best to help you. Any other issues NOT
related to LimoWiz, like hardware or other software problems such as
networks going down, viruses, spyware and hardware issues should be
handled for a technical person in your site. If you want us to
troubleshoot any such non-LimoWiz related issues, there will be a charge of
$75 /Hour or part, with no guarantee such issues will be solved. |
