Subject: How can I pay a trip after it was completed?

  • Press F9 or click on the Pay Trip icon on the trip window tool bar. 
  • You may record, or enter more payments.
  • If you use the PC Charge Pro software, you may perform various credit card transactions, for instance  Sales, Pre-Authorization , Post Authorization, Credit, and Void Credit.
  • You may record deposits in this  Pay Trip window as well.
